But no, she had to go and include Oktoberfest Dirndl/Bavarian/German dress.

And it's not just that one, she's a repeat-offender.
It's this kind of thing; this taking of a culture's traditions and making a joke out of it (not even an intelligent joke) that causes the rampant loss of a real cultural identity. It's true and real history and traditions are drowned out by a metaphorical heckler in the audience.
I have a sense of humor about things, but this crosses the line into just plain stupid.
